If he is the same one I think he is, it is the guy who got banned any number of times from LP and had accounts here under quite a few names too. Whoever he is, he is a real whackjob who is always singing the praises of his fellow moron, Bush, and was always trying to tell people they were required to pay income taxes even though most weren't.
