That is scary! Just yesterday I was worrying about how I used to spend too much time at the beach and pool to stay tan. I don't want to ever look like that, yikes! At least I'm away from the sun now!

Ack it is horrible looking. I think there has to be a balance .. too much of anything isnt a good thing.. hmm well I can think of a few things :P
I wouldn't avoid it too much. You need it to help produce vitamin D, which is instrumental in helping ward off numerous forms of serious cancer.
