McCain, Romney to Campaign Together By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS Published: March 27, 2008 Filed at 1:34 p.m. ET SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- John McCain got some help Thursday from former Republican rival , a pairing that months ago seemed improbable as the two fought bitterly for the party's presidential nomination. In their first campaign swing as allies, Romney appeared with the likely Republican nominee at a private fundraiser in this Republican bastion. The two were traveling to Denver for a second fundraiser. They were joined by Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr., an early McCain supporter whose name has been mentioned as a potential vice presidential pick. Meg Whitman, the outgoing chief executive of eBay Inc., and a former Romney backer, also joined them. McCain, who has struggled to raise campaign money compared with Democratic rivals Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, is on a weeklong western fundraising swing. Romney is popular in Utah and Colorado, states with large numbers of residents who are members of his Mormon faith. The former Massachusetts governor dropped out of the race last month after it became apparent it would be near impossible to topple McCain in the convention delegate race. A week later, he endorsed the Arizona senator and pledged to do whatever he could to help McCain win the nomination. Since then, McCain has praised Romney repeatedly as someone who is certain to continue playing a large role in the GOP. Romney, for his part, has suggested that he'd accept the No. 2 spot on the ticket, though some Republicans privately speculate that he's looking ahead to 2012 and a possible repeat run. Neither man appeared especially fond of the other during the campaign. Romney cast McCain as outside of the GOP's conservative mainstream and a Washington insider who contributed to the problems plaguing a broken system. McCain, in turn, argued that Romney's equivocations and reversals on several issues indicated a willingness to change his positions to fit his political goals.

In the War on Terror, McCain has been the most consistent and vocal proponent of the successful surge strategy in Iraq. He had the courage to challenge a president and a secretary of defense of his own party when he feared they were failing to pursue a path to victory. Over the past three years he has been rebutting the liberal talking points that the invasion of Iraq was a mistake and that our presence there inevitably had to be followed by civil war. Now get this blockhead, HE WILL WIN!!!!!!!
I forgot to add this but even if McCain doesn't win another one of the establishment goons--Clinton or Obama--will. And they are all pretty much alike beyond the obvious difference of gender and race so one of your people will "win" and America will lose.
The difference is stark. McCain will win the War on Terror and find the mastermind of 911, Bin Laden. When those towers came down, real Americans vowed to get even. And we will.
Right. McCain will kill countless more Americans and people of other nationalities in a bogus war on a tactic, one that can't be won, and Bin Laden has probably been dead since 2002. When those towers came down it gave the people running the show the excuse they needed--a "Pearl Harbor type incident"--to incite the rubes into a war fever to attack a nation that had nothing to do with it.
AS honestly and clearly as I see it and can put it (Remember, in Juan's Amnesty Legisation, the quisling put in SPP/North American Union FAST TRACK!), Juan McCain's "War" is on America and Mohammedans just happen to be expendable in large degrees... The "War in Iraq" is all about One World Monopolist World structuring for Global governance. Luciferian Order with "Christians" like piggy here leading the way...idiots.
It is very sad to me to see Christians conned into believing this crap that the establishment spoon feeds them.
Some are waking up, but not enough to have avoided the Establishment's selections...far too little, far too late. Some broke hard out of the CFR's Party, while others went with the Communist darkness. The last time I ever watched TBN, Crouch Sr. was on there telling the ChiComms' Main Man that "Jesus was a Communist"... IDIOTS!!!
Paul Crouch? The man is a certifiable nut case and Tammy Faye Baker would be a credit to Jan.

It has been a long time since I watched their show but I think Jan could outcry Tammy and plead poverty better than Jesse Jackasson.
