There is now a desperate need for troops. Kids are going into their third tour because cowardly keyboard commandos like yourself won't join the war effort and do their part. We are not liberating Iraq, we are illegally and immorally occupying it to promote ideological agendas and because of a coveting of land for military bases and for oil. Removing Saddam from power was a job for the Iraqi people. They could of done it far better without the disintegration of political, social, ethnic and religious aspects keeping that country together then we did. We were more like a child with a dull chainsaw attempting delicate brain surgery them advocates of freedom and justice trying to best promote and uphold those principles.
I reject that hypothesis out of hand, Mike...no way the Shiites could overthrown Saddam and his Sunni thugs without bringing Iran into the war...directly, not indirectly like they are now. Do you actually believe what you are alleging?
