You naive little boy. The only reason power changes hands at all is so it looks like there is some opposition. But just to cite a small example. NYS passed an assault weapon ban in 2000, with a repugnicant gov, senate and legislature in power, something the demonrats were unable to do.

No. Is Obummer going to have his justice department investigate Bush for his crimes? No. Don't you get it? They all play for the same team.
