Some of us are being proactive...I was in DeeCee yesterday supporting the troops AND THE MISSION!! It was an inspiring day listening to the Gold Star families speaking about their loved ones who were lost and how committed they continue to be to winning the War on Terror. Meanwhile, I met some of the folks counter-protesting...while I respect that you and others may have principled arguments against the War in Iraq, you gotta understand that there are a whole lotta folks on yer side who simply hate America and capitalism and much of what has made this the greatest nation in the history of this planet. It was disgusting how these folks demeaned those who had lost so much...the peaceful protesters of the War need to realize how much they and their cause are demeaned by so many of their so-called allies.
