Hamas Endorses Obama

On Sunday, Aaron Klein and John Batchelor interviewed Ahmed Yousef, chief political adviser to the Prime Minister of Hamas, on WABC radio. The interview produced a scoop which, for some reason, has not been widely publicized: Hamas has endorsed Barack Obama for President. Yousef said, “We like Mr. Obama and we hope he will win the election.” Why? “He has a vision to change America.” Maybe Yousef has some insight into what Obama means by all these vague references to “change.”

And who can blame her if she does run with this? I mean, after all, Rush Limbaugh is gonna ask this question in the fall, so we better get it out there right now. AMIRITE?

John Cole, proprietor of Balloon Juice, is a blogger who is a former Republican who, like me, left the party out of disgust over Bush's policies.

I am unaware of any connection between him and racism.

I associate racism more with the kind of people who say they would not have voted against Hitler, and who say things that suggest they believe that the Weimar Republic was as bad as, or worse than, the Third Reich.
