I don't think you can judge the intelligence, or lack thereof, of South Carolinians with just this example. She seems to be a classic airhead. Nice package and all but a real thought would probably bust her head.

According to a DeLand police report, several motorists noticed the woman directing traffic at the intersection. When officers arrived at the scene at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday, they found the woman talking loud to herself and taking her clothes off as she ran back and forth into the street. Afterward, the woman stood on a chair talking to a window and foaming from the mouth, the report states. She pointed at police officers and began screaming that "God told her to do it," the report said. The woman was taken to ACT Corp. for treatment.

I think it might have been some combination of Farsi and Klingon with a touch of some kind of Romulan dialect but I am not certain. You would need a transgronificator to be sure and I broke the last one I had running byeltsin's ramblings through it.
