CCR--one of the best bands of their time. And John Fogerty has done pretty well on his own too.

You can't watch this video at YouTube unless you have an account, confirm your birthdate, and have to read a "Might be Offensive" statement.

For what the war for the Bush's legacy has cost the US ............

We could have really won the war on terrorism for a hundreth of the cost of the utter quagmire the arrogant imbeciles of DC and West Point have put all America on the hook for.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Songs are pretty good, too.

I do have an account there and have never had any problem watching anything I wanted to see. Of course as old as I am I don't think they would have anything on there that would surprise me too much or shock me into a heart attack.

Was then. Remains so now. US Marine General Smedley Butler's words and writings come to mind with that song.

Did anyone catch John singing Fortunate Son, the very same song, at halftime in one of the NFL playoff games???????????????? I did and loved every second of it.

Saw that Fogerty tour -- the absolutely riveting Kenny Aronoff on drums. And Bro. John making that 'Paul snarl.

Fogerty, IMO, is one of the most important figures in American R'n'R. He tapped into the roots before they were acknowledged as such.

Barry Obama -- In your heart, you know he's wrong.
