Over 5 million Americans live outside the country or its territories. Few pay income taxes. "Few" in this case means about 300,000. And those 300,000 probably are on penisions, which is why they file. And just because they file does not mean that they pay. If they had to pay more than they collected, most of them would not file. I have posted before that the accumlative tax rate within the United States now exceeds 85%. From the lack of comment about that when I have posted it, I assume that most of you really do not understand just how serious it is. No nation can exist with that type of tax burden. Perhaps if some of you will think that through, you will begin to see where all of this is headed. And why Regional Governance is being hyped so throughly; so it will be ready when the final collaspe, brought about by excessive debt and excessive taxation, occurs. I repeat once again: those in Washington, DC, understand exactly what they are doing, and have nearly everything planned to a T. There are no surpirses in politics.... to those in the know. Only surprises for the sheeple. So if what is happening/has been happening/will happen is a surprise to you, then you know what category you fall into.

Total taxation is 50%, not 85%. If it was the latter, the economy would collapse.
Please listen to me carefully, ok? In his budget request to the Congress in 1993, President Bill Clinton revealed the total accumlative taxation within the United States. Then, it stood at about 74%, and was estimated to reach 85% by 2005, which it did, easily. Now, when all you do is add up the taxation, ok, 50%, but this is ACCUMLATIVE taxation, which starts with taxes on the ground.. Tax the ground where food is grown, then tax the farmer who grows the food, and tax the fuel he uses, and tax the men who come to cut his wheat, and tax the trucks they use and tax the fuel that they use and then tax the grain silo where they deliver the wheat and tax the men who work at the grain silo and tax the phone and the electricity and the girls who work in the office. Then, move the wheat to the mill, taxing the trucks/train that moves the wheat and the men who drive the trucks/train and the fuel that they use, then tax the mill, and the people who work in the mill and the phones and the electricity and the equipment, and the trucks that move the flour to the bakery, and tax the bakery and the people who work in the bakery and the phones and the electricity and the equipment and the trucks which move the bread to the store and the men who drive the trucks and the fuel the the truck uses. Then, tax the store and the people who work in the store and the tax the phone and the electricity and etc. etc. etc. At the end of it, then pile on a sales tax, and that is the only tax someone like you sees, so it is all that counts, you come up with a 50% tax... But as I have maintained forever, those who everyone considers to be fools in Washington, DC, know very well what is going on, and, what the end result is. By the way, I could have added in a lot more taxes in the above list. LOTS more.
