The official explanation: “time constraints and logistical issues.” The unofficial explanation: Team Barry didn’t want to give her a reason to stay in the race if she flames out tomorrow, which makes zero sense. If Indiana and North Carolina aren’t enough to make her soldier on to May 6th, the prospect of another debate won’t either.
The real/obvious explanation: He can’t afford another beating. Your quote of the day, from the same hypocrites who knocked ABC for not giving them a chance to hear the two sound off on “substantive” issues: “No more debates!” I wonder, are the creme de la nutroots creme who signed this letter also cool with this last debate being canceled? How else are we going to reclaim the opportunity denied us by ABC to learn about their policy proposals, aside from visiting their websites or googling the transcripts of their previous 21 debates? And before you ask, yes, Katie is heartbroken.
Update: Michael Moore says he’s not so much pro-Obama as pro-Obamites. The more they whine, the more the precise opposite is true for me.

2) Obummer can't take the heat. He is out of his league when debating Hillary or McCain.
I agree, but..........we can't forget the media's 'hand' in all of this. They can set you up AND take you out! I'm enjoying it between these two, believe me.. One of the most annoying unknowns it seems, is the HUGE number of younger voters engaged in the 'process' that has made it more difficult to pull off charade. Remember during the GOP 'debates'... the softball ?'s asked of the frontrunners, the face time, the answer time etc???? When RP didn't stand up for himself, he was weak.. if he had of, would he have been a whiner?? So... to me... the media 'hand' is on display here.. and maybe Obama sees this now that the wind switched directions a bit. Could've been the 'bitter' comments or Clinton pressure but it certainly WASN'T journalists gone wild.
I'm not making excuses, for anyone.. I'm just suggesting that we recognize the SHOW for what it is.
What a statesman does, is IGNORE THE QUESTION and SPEAK DIRECT TO THE PEOPLE. Use every nit of time to bypass the machine.. JMHO...
