Clinton on Iran: We would "totally obliterate them".

I know that ABC News is incredibly unpopular these days, and rightly so. But I just took a cruise by their website and saw the following headline:

Clinton on An Iran Attack: 'Obliterate Them'

Uh...what? This comment seemed injudicious at best, so I read further:

Clinton further displayed tough talk in an interview airing on Good Morning America Tuesday, ABC News' Chris Cuomo asked Clinton what she would do if Iran attacked Israel with nuclear weapons.

"I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president we will attack Iran," Clinton said. "In the next ten years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them."

I have no idea what to say. I really don't. It's not that I don't recognize Iran as being a problem. Nor is it that I question our strategic alliance with Israel.

But, I mean...

This is just a batshit crazy thing to say! Even the current Cowboy-in-Chief has generally refrained from verbal saber-rattling to this degree.

I'm at a loss. Just completely speechless.

That's reason enough to vote for her right there.

McCain would sit on his ass and do nothing. Obama would also do nothing. We need a President with balls like Hillary. Obliterate them. Now that's the kind of president we need. No more of this nice guy stuff.

God is always good!

THE NEXT 10 YEARS???

Crimeny, how long are we going to be stuck with them?

I keep backing out responses. Can't come up with anything snappy or nice.

I'm trying not to do personal labelling but, in this case, we see a typical case of an anti-American subject of Israel, posing as an American. It's quite disgusting, really.

so many of the democrat rank & file just don't get it. He actually thinks that the Clintons are somehow sincere and trying to do the right thing etc. he buys the propaganda that Iran is a problem and that Israel is our friend. and he would think me an anti-semitic baffoon for not agreeing with him.

who's more stupid? People who vote Republican or people who vote Democrat? Hard to say.

When Clinton was president he sent the US military to attack a peaceful meeting in Mogadishu, Somalia of national leaders. With helicopters spraying metal they killed 80 people some of whom were national leaders. Leaders of factions that we were not at war with, not opposed to even. It was a completely unprovoked attack. The US said that they were trying to kill ONE MAN. and the one man was not present they found out in the end. They killed 80 people out of the blue from helicopters spraying death.

you know he bombed those targets in Sudan completely by surprise with no justification at all. and he bombed Iraq, completely unprovoked as far as I'm concerned because they did not attack us. They flew some planes in a location that the US did not want them to fly, and so Clinton attacked. He also bombed Afghanistan.

and if that's not bad enough he attacked Waco, TX too.

But Clinton is not Bush and he likes sex. so I guess your typical democrat thinks he's a nice guy.

Why is Iran a problem when the much zanier, much more radical, much more unstable protector of bin Laden is just okey dokey with nukes?

Hitlery brags on her "connection" with the women and children of all the nations she and her entourage visited during the 90's and comes out with THIS blanket statement against the citizens of Iran??? She's obviously dancing to the tune of her Jewish overlords...

"What we do claim is that the northern European, and particularly Anglo-Saxons made this country. Oh, yes; the others helped. But that is the full statement of the case. They came to this country because it was already made as an Anglo-Saxon commonwealth. They added to it, they often enriched it, but they did not make it, and they have not yet greatly changed it. We are determined that they shall not. And what we assert is that we are not going to surrender it to somebody else or allow other people, no matter what their merits, to make it something different. If there is any changing to be done, we will do it ourselves." Rep. William Vaile, Colorado, 1924
