Sorry, no time for this, the Rev. Wright is still front page news.

Well, sorry, but now the front page is all about how Obama has this race problem; it's a wonder he won more votes and delegates and campaign donations than anyone else. Someone forgot to tell all the new and young voters about Obama's race problem.

The news is all about how Hillary actually "won" FL and MI and that's why she should get all the superdelegates.

Because, despite her extremely high negatives and inability to get anyone to send her money, she should be the nominee.

This can only mean MSM appears to want McCain very much, there's not one word against him these days and Rove's machine will make mincemeat out of Hillary when the time comes.

you're correct on your points & very logical (again).

the media has turned against Obama. but the media promoted him it seems starting a long time ago. Paul didn't get that positive treatment.

the media has turned against Obama.

Yes, even MSNBC and CNN. It's not just Fox News anymore.

here's the mother jones article.

You know it occurs to me that I checked Obama's web site a few months ago to see what he said about Iraq War. He seemed pro-war to me. because he said he wanted to reduce the quantity of troops in Iraq, but leave enough to keep control of Iraq and maintain the ability to attack other nations from the Iraq military bases. and of course I've read statements that he seems sympathetic to war with Iran, he's pro-war on Afghanistan and he speaks about how he wants to go after terrorists, etc.

But he changed his web site recently. and now he has a time-table to withdraw troops. He says he wants to leave enough troops to protect the embassy.

Perhaps this change in his public stance has caused a change in the media towards him. Perhaps as Warren Jeffs would say he has been found wanting.

I hated voting for Bush in 1992, I hated voting for Bush in 2000. With this new info about Hilary we know beyond shadow of doubt she's as bad as McCain.

Dominion christians are very pro-war.

I don’t oppose all wars. And I know that in this crowd today, there is no shortage of patriots, or of patriotism. What I am opposed to is a dumb war. What I am opposed to is a rash war. What I am opposed to is the cynical attempt by Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz and other arm-chair, weekend warriors in this Administration to shove their own ideological agendas down our throats, irrespective of the costs in lives lost and in hardships borne.

What I am opposed to is the attempt by political hacks like Karl Rove to distract us from a rise in the uninsured, a rise in the poverty rate, a drop in the median income – to distract us from corporate scandals and a stock market that has just gone through the worst month since the Great Depression.

That’s what I’m opposed to. A dumb war. A rash war. A war based not on reason but on passion, not on principle but on politics.

Obama's speech in 2002, before we invaded Iraq...

en.wikisource.org/wiki/Barack_Obama's_Iraq_Speech

Once we had troops in Iraq, he voted to continue to support them financially.

Obama has from the Senate floor, supported bills with a time line for withdrawal of our troops.

Given the current state of affairs, he wants all of our combat troops out within 16 months (as I recall). He has not stated either way on contractors yet, to my knowledge. However, he does say something about leaving advisers in Iraq. I don't see how that could work, but that's in his statement.

He still stands in sharp contrast to the other two major candidates on the war. Hillary has no timeline and never has. So, when the commentators try to say they are the same on the war, that's not true. Furthermore, she spoke out for the war before it began.

Hillary recently slammed the anti-war activists within her own party, b/c they are all supporting Obama.

Clinton on Iran: We would "totally obliterate them". ("IF I'M THE PRESIDENT, WE WILL ATTACK IRAN")
