The Constitution says the Presidential requirements call for someone to be born in the United States.

Is this legal?

A child born to Americans who are in the military while overseas doesn't mean he isn't an natural born American Citizen.

If that was the case you would have to say that illegal Mexicans born in this country have more of a claim then a Kid born to American parents overseas.
