I have to be honest, I'm completely distressed at what's happened to this forum. The fighting and the distrust between those for and those against Obama has gotten to the point where, in my opinion, it's destroying the forum. What's the point of having an open free speech venue when everyone is bozo'ing everyone else? When I read my mission statement and what Freedom4um was created to be, I don't even recognize the place anymore. There will be changes made in the near future as I decide what is best for the continued growth of this forum.

I am not much of a McCain guy. Personally, I am hoping Bush refuses to step down and just remains in office as President for life. Actually Jack Abramoff gave it to me for supporting the Indian Tribal gambling policies. As for Bush - that's an wonderful and exciting thought!! You must really hate America. It would make no difference to lose the money. With my sophisticated hedge fund managers, $10,000 is in the daily "noise Level". No I don't hate America, but I do support the troops in finding Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq and hope that, if Hillary goes get to be president, she keeps her promise to "obliterate" the total nation of Iran, as their military is an serious threat to the lives of all freedom loving Americans, of which only a few post here. Its the only good idea she ever had.

God Bless George Bush. I think you are right, I'll see about allocating more of my massive portfolio into Halliburton, Carysile, Lockheed, and I really want to get some of the Blackwater IPO action. Those boys do a great job!! Egads, I am going to have a great year financially, I'll be able to support the AIPAC and jewish supremist candidates even more. Dandelion Soup (Jewish Sephardic) Jewish cooking has many varieties, depending on the country of origin. well robin, we've all enjoyed reading your posts & tremendous articles & links you put up routinely. The forum will suffer if you leave. Thats why Christine might re-consider. then you'll be back (we hope). if you take your energy and intelligence to another forum, then they will benefit tremendously. however, I feel less & less reason to participate myself. someone said you were a 'closet commie', isn't that insane!! I'd recommend learning that we're just not going to produce anything good in this particular election process at this time. at least you've definitely been up to the challenge & put up the good fight for a long time. Don't run off robin. I feel your pain, but among several things wrong with cristine's panicking is that you can't tell without going to a lot of trouble if whether all your bozo's are still active posters. I can tell that 4 or 5 of mine still are because I see them being replied to. But there's another handful that I think may have quit posting, but can't tell for sure. Just suggestions, but I'm watching a lot more Comedy Channel and less news/talk, and trying to laugh at potential bozos .... that or just plain ignore them.

I made the casual statement that safeguarding the 2A at the "expense of innocent lives" was not morally acceptable. For some reason, a few people here took wild exception to this, *apparently* advocating that murdering innocent people was an acceptable cost to getting some pro-2A laws passed. Assuming these people weren't really that crazy, I started a Hypothetical Quiz thread where I attempted to make my case more vivid, thus the moral choice of actively killing a child vs fulling restoring the 2A. The real life potential for this hypothetical point is whether it is morally acceptable to vote for someone for president who promises to restore the 2A while also promising to start a war with Iran, admitting that it will mean 10's of thousands or 100's of thousands of innocent Iranians killed. Would it be morally acceptable to vote for him? I say no, and apparently in the eyes of a few here, that makes me a liberal gun grabbing nonsensical idiot. All I can say is, if it does, I certainly hope I never encounter any logical and sane pro-2A people like GW Bush in any future encounters.
