Wow, Obama is getting clobbered so far in Indiana. I am sure the Obama people will be around soon to tell us they are all just a bunch of racists.

God is always good!

I am sure the Obama people will be around soon to tell us they are all just a bunch of racist.

Obama wins where there are black people and outright Socialists; he is expected to clean up in North Carolina which has a significant black population.

Obama loses where there are working-class white people he has insulted. "Typical white person" or "bitter and clinging to guns and religion" doesn't play with them.

Go figure...you can't make racist remarks and expect that demographic to jump at you and say "Thank you, sir. May I have another?"

Most politicians have figured this out. Machine politicians like Obama have yet to work out that "What works on the South Side of Chicago doesn't play nationally."

Also, in editorials lately, there have been more and more commentators calling out Black Racism for what it is instead of giving them a pass because they are black.

Whodathunkit? Equality at last!!

Elect anyone but Obama, Clinton, or McCain.

I voted at about 5:00 today and of course voted for Ron Paul, but what prompts me to write is that I had to vote at the library instead of the public school, which is no big deal. I'd never voted at the library before, although I knew elections were held there from time to time. What weirded me out was that the parking lot was almost full, and cars were parked on the little side streets, it looked very busy. A-ha, I thought, it's getting through to people that they should pay attention to the machinations of their self styled leaders, but once I asked the lady at the information desk about voting, she pointed me to the correct room, which in fact was inaccessible from the main atrium of this dinky library. The voting room, it turns out, is entered through a door off to the side, near the rear, behind a concrete enclosure. Reminded me of "facilities" at state parks and dragstrips. Anyway, once I was inside I felt oppresed by both the architecture and the Civil Defense Yellow painted walls.

I was a little surprised at all the slots that were without a challenger.

The GOP must have more employees than the Fortune 500, God, and Davy Crockett combined, because I don't know anyone that likes McCain.

At 79% reporting, IN now 52%-48% in favor of Hillary. And I understand Lake County (Gary, Obama stronghold) has yet to report.

CBS is apparently the sole network to have called IN for Hillary.

His mode of arguing, if it is to be so called, was one not uncommon among dull and stubborn persons, who are accustomed to be surrounded by their inferiors. He asserted a proposition; and, as often as wiser people ventured respectfully to show that it was erroneous, he asserted it again, in exactly the same words, and conceived that, by doing so, he at once disposed of all objections. - Macaulay, "History of England," Vol. 1, Chapter 6, on James II.

Lake Cty. is 8% of population and Hilly leads by 35,000. Obama could come from behind and win, even hough he assumed Hilly won in Indiana.

Maybe you'll get lucky and some Hoosiers for Ron Paul will help you with understanding plurals in written form.

Lake Co. is pretty well developed, Gary is not the only city there, although Ari is right, it (Gary) is a natural constituency of Obama.
