Even as she faces pressure from some to call her White House bid quits, Hillary Clinton holds a commanding lead in West Virginia, according to a new poll released Friday.

Clinton has a 43-point advantage over Obama, 66 percent to 23 percent, according to a new survey from the American Research Group.

The poll was conducted entirely after Tuesday's primary results, and carries a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

The poll suggests Clinton’s white, working class base seems to be holding firm for her — at least in West Virginia, where that demographic makes up a substantial portion of the Democratic electorate.

West Virginia, one of the six contests left in the Democratic presidential race, votes next Tuesday.

Statistics show West Virginia with only 39 delegates...

Statistics also show the Democraps can't win a general election without winning Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Just by looking at the stats, it's not clear to me how many GOPs did Hillary beat in PA or in any other state that she won and Obama didn't during this primary.

How many did Obama win? Yeah, zero as well. Obama may get the Democrat nomination but he is going to lose in a landslide to McCain.

Don't change the topic. You are trying to suggest that Obama is going to lose all the states that Hillary won because... the logic or the science behind it escapes me completely.

Nope, just New York, Pennsylvania and West Virgina. McCain will carry the south despite blacks coming out in force down there. Making Huckabee VP will guarantee that.

McCain is likely to take Condi for VP if Condi lets him. As for him taking New York or more than maybe half a dozen states... keep dreaming.
