Good stuff, but where's the 9/11 connection? :)

I shall not vote for evil, lesser or otherwise.

"Buckethead is one of the most bizarre and enigmatic figures in American underground. Real name Brian Carroll says he was raised by hens in a henhouse!. He got the idea of a bucket and mask one day when he was eating fried chicken. He stands about 7 Feet tall with his bucket on. He has robotic movements. Not much is known about Buckethead, but one things for sure, this greased lightin' is finger lickin' fast. Well the Colonel hasn't caught him yet! His bands include: Deli Creeps, Cornbugs, Praxis, Cobra Strike, Buckethead (Solo), Primus (Ozzfest 1999), Guns N' Roses."

Believe it or not, I saw Buckethead playing the Cactus Club in Downtown San Jose back in the early 90's with his first band "The Deli Creeps". That was one damn weird show, but he's good. Real good.

Gold and silver are REAL money, paper is but a promise.

My son-in-law discovered Zakk Wylde, Black Lable Society, at an Ozzfest about 2yrs ago. Got a guitar and amp and some of Zakk's tab sheets and found out it just isn't as easy as that. About 3 months later I ask him how the Zakk Wilde thing was going and he said, "He's just too damned hard to play. I discovered another guitarist on youtube called buckethead". So I look him up and damn! He can flat out play. I'd like to see him with a quality vocalist. (wich axle rose isn't IMO)

Accoding to Wikipedia he plays the guitar, bass, drums, banjo, piano/keyboards, ukulele, organ, violin, clarinet, saxophone, and recorder. They mention the gong as well, but I'm not sure how you play a gong other than striking it (not much talent needed there). The site also says he's released 38 solo albums and performed on 50 more. Taht's real impressive.

I've never heard of him, but then I'm a classic rock kind of guy. I liked the music in the video you posted. I wonder what he looks like without the mask. He reminds me of Jason with a guitar.
