Another moment in time that could never be repeated today.

The thing I remember most about that era, is that there were so many new groups bursting on to the national scene that it was hard to keep up with the music. I loved Eric Burton. Also the transition from Pat Boone, Paul Anka, Neil Sedaka to the Stones, Animals, the Kinks, and the Beatles wasn't an easy transition for some. My older brother, although only a few years older, would have no idea who Eric Burton is.

I found myself immediately plugging my ears and running for cover after the first Pat Boone / Neil Sedaka "note" I ever heard.
