At the very least of complicity, one has to believe that people in the government were aware prior, the very least. Difficult to believe that this government with so many separate intelligence groups and not one had a whiff of what was afoot???? It then ranges from there doing nothing to direct knowledge.

It's incredible what neocon talking heads can get away with saying things like this. The closest thing that I can think of to Bushbot Radio is the Nazi propaganda paper Der Sturmer, which also talked about putting away and killing their opponents.

I hope so. law enforcement would be hard pressed to claim this falls under allowed political speech. I noticed that the top permanent link reagan has at his site is the popular mechanics 911 ''debunking' article. reagans evil may have been his undoing. Good for Mark for being so effective that he helped their undoing. I met him at Alex's 911 conference in L.A. in 2006. I actually had been chatting with him at one of the vendor tables not knowing who he was when he mentioned his site, which i had been familiar with. It was cool because i loved the work he did calling into all those shows. He is a genuinely nice guy and a moral man.

No, he isn't. At least not with the law. Advocating and/or wishing for the untimely death of someone is not the same as a threat. It's no diff than what Hal Turner said. If a direct threat is made, i.e. "I'm going to kill that (______ fill in the blank) my damn self!", or if words could be proven to incite violence (Thom Metzger was sued after a few excitable boys stomped an African to death after Metzger coincidentally advocated...well, stomping immigrants to death) could criminal charges be brought, and then proving a criminal case is more difficult than winning a civil suit. Also, be careful what you wish for, because if ill wishes can be criminalized then whites won't be the primary beneficiaries. More than likely someone will mention America's foreign aid generosity and then some "victim/beneficiary" will be attacked (but thank G_D not seriously hurt! But, the perp will write on the victim something like "I'm doing this because so and so told me to!") and that will be the end of the taboo subject matter ever being discussed again except on short wave or pirate radio, or as sprayed graffiti.
