By now we have all heard about the disgusting criminal act commited by talk show host Michael Reagan, who threatened the life of Mark Dice as well as all 9/11 truthers on his nationally syndicated radio show on June 10, 2008 in the second hour. [See INFOWARS story here http://www.infowars.com/?p=2679 and youtube video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdJO-kUINMs.] We are being encouraged to file complaints with the FCC. However, simply e-mailing the FCC is not the proper or correct way to file an official complaint. I called the FCC today June 13 at 12:32PM Pacific Time, at (888) 225-5322, and spent 10 minutes on the phone with a helpful FCC representative who instructed me as to the proper proceudres as to how to file an official complaint, which when concluded will include an official complaint case number on record. Here is what to do: Log onto FCC.GOV Click "For Consumers" (top right of page) Click "File A Complaint" (middle bottom of page) Click on "Broadcast (TV and Radio), Cable, and Satellite Issues" Click "next" Click "Unauthorized, Unfair, Biased, Illegal Broadcasts" Click "Next" Go to bottom of the page, click "Continue To Online Form" You may get a notice stating "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.". Click OK. Fill Out Form 2000E Media (General) Complaint You will be asked for your name, address, phone number, and a description of your complaint. The blank entry field description form, located at the bottom of the form in 5. C. is limited to 1000 characters, so it must be brief. (Below is what I wrote). You will then be given a complaint number form, which you can print, and they say to fax that form to them when following up. The FCC agent told me that after you complete this process, your complaint will be sent to an FCC analysis team. ---- 5C: On June 10, 2008, In the 2nd hour of the MICHAEL REAGAN nationally syndicated radio show which is broadcast by www.radioamerica.org, (program airs 6-9PM Eastern time, the website is www.reagan.com/) Michael Reagan made several deaths threats against and solicited the assassination of one Mark Dice of San Diego Californa; as well as others who share Dice's ideas. Reagan also said that Dice should be lined up in a firing squad and murdered and that he would pay for the bullets. Your agency serves the public and must not allow this type of violence to be aired. As I am friends with Mark Dice and am publicly active with an activist group in spreading the same political message as Dice does, I take this threat as a personal threat against myself also. Poster Comment: Mark Dice is a good guy and sincere person. I met him at Alex Jones 9/11 conference in Los Angeles in 2006. We must file an official complaint with the FCC so that Michael Reagan does not get away with this evil disgusting criminal act. Reagan was threatening us all and advocating murder when he said these things.

Michael Reagan on his Tuesday June 10th show, during the 2nd hour, called for the murder of political activist Mark Dice and wants to pay for the bullets. Said all people who believe 9/11 attacks were aided by elements within U.S. government should be killed also.

I'd prefer a more measured response such as asking Michael Reagan this: "How will you feel if while on furlough John Hinckley, Jr. follows your advice?"

If I had been one who sent a letter to a Marine telling them 9/11 was an inside job, I'd also be calling the FBI and demanding and arrest and prosecution.
I shall not vote for evil, lesser or otherwise.
Mark was on Alex's show and said he's contacted the FBI and did just that.

Whoever denies the Father and the Son, this is the antichrist." as you know its important for people to do these things the right way. a flurry of unofficial calls and emails may just go in the trash. this way there are records on file of hopefully millions of official govt complaints against this scum.

Yeah, a friend of mine called and got through and that is what they told him. I would suspect that "Mr." Reagan is a quivering in fear somewhere. His comments were beyond the pale and it is likely that he got more than one serious return commentary pointing out his address, likely with photos, and suggestions that he might want to wear full body armor. The guys coming back who know they have been lied to, stop-lossed a couple of times, and lived through a hell fabricated out of whole cloth are a mite tempermental about now. Not to mention they are mostly pretty good shots. By the way even his adoptive brother despises him, and last I knew would not speak to him except in formal situations.

no kidding! well, that's a must hear. While I have not listened to his program in at least 4 years I would expect that he'll do an "O'Reilly" and not let Dice get a word in edgewise as he continues to parrot the Party Lyin'.

Nobody can suggest that, due to the PR, he might be false-opposition, then. Also nobody can say this little death-threat bit is all an act, then, too.
Don't forget to sign it "Santa Claus" and use "North Pole" as the return address. By the way, Santa doesn't necessarily disfavor the Southern hemisphere, it's just that he had to pick a pole, and the North won out. Okay, so maybe he's more at home in the Northern hemisphere. Can you blame him?

Mark Dice and John Conner, not exactly names that appear genuine. John Conner was a character in a Terminator movie, and Mark Dice is obviously a made up name. The guy gets away with a lot more than ordinary citizens could get away with. Also the fact that the media gives him the time of day should be a red flag to all. If they wanted this character taken care of they wouldn't publicize it on a radio show, they would just do it. Mark is making a big deal about a empty threat by some radio host that few listen too. Mark should be worried about the perpetrators of 9/11, not some air-head talking on the radio. If he is genuine he is stupid becasue he is directing people's efforts toward the wrong things. Screw Mike Regan and the FCC. Just mail those DVDs out to as many people as you can. If each 9/11 truther did this then in no time everyone in the USA would be exposed to the truth.
