The "Downing Street Memo" is actually the minutes from a top secret meeting, but there is much more to it than that.
Please get informed, read the memo, but also watch this testimony on C-span.
However, it is three hours long, and many people don’t have the time or patience to sit thru it all, so I have condensed some of the most powerful testimony down to 34 minutes, backed by music from the digital artists at kahvi.org.
