Should have notice the kid burning? What a crock. I'm fair skinned being of English/Irish decent. My burn doesn't show up until I have been out of the sun for an hour. I don't even turn pink. Hour later I'm purple.

My oldest, who doesn't tan at all, got a burn like that once. Course he was older than two, more like 10 or 12. I called it learning a lesson the hard way. Since the kid was two the dad should have known better though.

i've been burnt really bad before , almost to the point of sun poisoning,. but the vid in this case looks particularly severe,.

the dad was stupid and negligent for allowing it to happen, but perhaps even more stupid for divorcing/ marrying a kook (ex) wife who was so quick to call the pigs on him.
