A few weeks ago I deleted my tagline. Moments ago, I tried to enter a new tagline, and while it "shows" in the setup, it doesn't appear in my posts.

I do have "view taglines" set.

My tagline has now appeared.

Are you aware that changing taglines is not retroactive? When you post, your tagline, if any, is made part of the comment at that time. According to the DB, you had no tagline for the past few weeks. Taglines also do not show on articles, only comments.
