Shooting in Butte , Montana

Shotgun preteen vs. illegal alien Home Invaders: Butte, Montana November 5, 2007

Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.

It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.

Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals.

When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news........an 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home, and herself......against two murderous, illegal immigrants........and she wins, she is still alive.

Now that is Gun Control !

Thought for the day:

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer

an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Now that's for sure!!!!

Good shooting little lady, but you do need a bit more time on the Range. However, you are to be commended.

I wanted to believe this story. My dad had me trained that well with a 12 guage by age 11 and even made sure to explain the importance of making sure the perp didn't fall out the door (or window) after bein shot. But, a search of the newspaper archives for Butte that week only reveals one shooting. (http://www.mtstandard.com/) ~ Since the shooter was a minor, I didn't expect to find her name there but did expect to find some kind of report.

Seems there ougt to be enough real stories of this nature out here to negate the need of creating faux ones, so I went looking for some. Type 'justifiable shooting' into a search at Google and you get over 1.2 million hits. Most of them up front are cop cases, justifying their shootings.

So I tried this search string next 'resident shot burgalr' and found these amongst 280,000 hits

Homeowner fires shot, burglar flees - gallupind ependent.com

Burglar shot and killed Thursday - The sheriff said Cook asked Girdley, “Can I help you?” Girdley told him “this is my house.” When confronted about what he was doing, Cook allegedly pulled a weapon from the back waistband of his pants. Girdley, who was legally armed with a Beretta 9mm handgun, reportedly told Cook several times, “Don’t do it.” According to Shoupe, when “he [Girdley] saw the gun he fired,” striking Cook multiple times. www.spartaexpositor.com

Homeowner Shoots Suspected Burglar; Another Suspect On The Loose - The sheriff says a man who lives on Old Lair Road came home to find two burglars on his property. The owner shot one of the men, Thomas Terysian, 25, while the other suspect got away. www.wkyt.com

Intruder shot in knee by Clinton Twp. man - CLINTON TOWNSHIP — A man sleeping in his condo on the south side of Hall Road in Clinton Township was awakened early morning by a burglar in his home. He was able to chase the stranger off with his shotgun, but the man returned and charged at the resident. The suspect was shot in the knee, and later arrested. candgnews.com

Makes for good reading and shows small town papers reporting the facts even if the MSM ignores them. But I must fess, my daddy taught me to aim better so they wouldn't come back with a law suit later.

Of course some of what Snopes puts out is true, but that is what any good disinformation site does - put out just enough truth to make the disinformation believable.

There was one here a few years ago where a ring of teens were rifling cars and one of them made the mistake at running straight at a home owner with a Shotgun and ended up with a belly full of double ought. There was the usual hand wringing by the "usual suspects" about the "poor boy" but the man was not prosecuted.

That is what they're aiming at but whether they hit that target is another question. While there is no doubt the NAU/NWO/Bilderberger/Criminals want that there is a growing awareness and growing opposition - which is why they've stepped up their attack profile and are trying to ram things through before there is enough opposition to turn them back and give them the "Necktie Party" they've earned many times over. However, the problem with that is that in stepping up the pace on their attempt to install a global tyranny with them Lords and Mistresses they are exposing themselves more and so more people wake up. So, we are in a race and the outcome is not yet decided.

Fake story still circulating on Internet

By John Grant Emeigh of The Montana Standard - 12/13/2007

A dramatic story about a shooting that supposedly happened in Butte last year is nothing more than an urban myth.

The bogus story has been circulating for the past year on Internet blogs and Web sites concerning a girl shooting two men who broke into her Butte home in November 2006.

According to the fabricated story, an 11-year-old Butte girl shot two “illegal aliens” with a shotgun after they broke into her home. The shooting supposedly took place on Nov. 5, 2006, according to Internet posts.

When asked about the authenticity of the events described in this story, Butte-Silver Bow Sheriff John Walsh told The Montana Standard in an earlier interview that his office never investigated such an incident.
