JJ Cale is a guitarist from Tulsa. He wrote Call me the Breeze for Lynyrd Skynyrd as well as Cocaine and After Midnight for Eric Clapton. Clapton has been quoted as saying that he believes JJ Cale to be one the greatest guitarist and songwriters alive.

I completely agree and I approve of everything posted up to this point.

"Drop acid not bombs" is one of the most profound statements made since Socrates but I doubt most get the true meaning of the quote above.

I know it's early, but when this was popular clocks and time meant very little to me. IIRC, about 8 of us rented a series of summer/winter houses in the Hampton Bays/Hunter Mountain, NY and the music, wine and women were one continuous blur from '68 to '71. I need a time machine badly.
