An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman considered a person of interest in phone calls that may have sparked a raid on a polygamist group in Texas after she didn't show up in court on the charges of violating probation. Rozita Swinton of Colorado Springs failed to show up for a hearing in Douglas County District Court on Monday afternoon for one of two false-reporting cases against her in Colorado. Court administrator Lori McKager says an arrest warrant has been issued for Swinton. Swinton's accused of violating her probation stemming from her 2007 guilty plea for telling police she was a 16-year-old girl who was suicidal after giving birth. Authorities have linked her to a phone number used to call a Texas crisis center that may have led to the raid where more than 460 children were removed from the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints' Yearning for Zion ranch in Eldorado, Texas. The 33-year-old Swinton faces jail time if found guilty of violating probation

All she needs to do is play the race-card and sic Jesse Jackson on the courthouse in order to beat this rap. I suspect that's why it's taken so long to prosecute this POS, the DA is having to document every move against her to make it bullet-proof (race-proof).
She has the melanin-shield that deflects most prosecutions.
O Gee. Its all her fault and here I was a thinking the state of Texas had some blame. I wonder if all those "deals" the parents had to make with CPS before they could get their progeny returned are null and void now that "The Call" was a hoax.
The system requires a deal, or be prepared to spend your time, finances and every waking hour fighting them, who fight us w/our tax dollars. The question is not the call, but why she chose then to report. It wouldn't surprise me if she did the state a favor at their behest. And yes, she's a POS for starting the ball rolling toward innocent people.
