Bush either gives non-answers (something about Irish Americans being proud of their heritage, which had nothing to do with the question being asked about America's standing in the eyes of other countries), or just kept on repeating the same pre-taped talking points about Saddam Hussein and 9/11, the world being a safer place. And then he gets worked up when the journalist interviewing him gets frustrated by his non-answers and starts a new question.

The man is a joke.
