And, as we now know if they can do it to them then they can do it to us. How much of a stretch is it for a judge to rule that "(militant gun owners) (critics of our Middle East Policies) (Bush Haters) (people who cite the constitution to rebuff govt agents' authority) have demonstrated the inability to remain loyal to the US, and may therefore be declared unlawful enemy combatants and held incommunicado for indefinite periods even after the cessation of hostilities...."? Excellent... Mitchell predicted the day of the week and the hour, but not the month or year. He put himself in the Japs shoes.
