Well, nobody likes Zionists, but some dislike them more than others. The Shah probably didn't like us any more, but, he was forced to compromise with us and Israel to hold on to power. It should surprise no one that The Shah would resent the supreme arrogance of Zionists, as do most American politicians. But, bare fear of their power prevents any organized effort to free the US from their grip. And, the Shah had a choice between a teeth gritting arrangement with Israel or being deposed by Islamic fundamentalists who immediately set about the executions of the Shah's dreaded secret police, with his death as the most desirous grand prize of all.
At least they are paying customers. The first order of bizness is the Haifa pipeline restoration if there is ever a cessation of hostilities. If all goes as planned the oil from the Caspian region will be piped all the way to Israel and a Kosher tax will forever put the state on Easy Street. No American fuel retailer would dare buy un-Kosher oil (from Chavez for instance) and risk a boycott, so, Israel will have a guaranteed income from "friendlies" if this dream comes to fruition. Just as there is a Kosher tax on nearly everything else we buy from Coca Cola to MURPHY'S OIL SOAP now, a Kosher tax on a diamond-like monopoly of gasoline and motor oils makes sense when one considers just how special the Chosen really are.

I would agree with you in that regard. But if that is not possible due to our contractual obligations through UN membership - I'm not sure but there might be something there re: a percentage of a nation's GDP being offered as "foreign aid" to poor nations. But most definitely there is no UN obligation, I'm certain of it, that requires our giving annual foreign aid to a First World "have" nation that is ranked in the top 25% of the World Wealth ranking index - ie. Israel. We should stop giving foreign aid to Israel asap. It's ludicrous that we give Billions of dollars to Israel when our economy is on the skids, when our infrastructure is decaying, when Katrina victims are still homeless but Israeli settlers were paid $450,000 each by US taxpayers to move from their illegally built homes.
Have I said anything about "Jews" not working for a living? Don't try to put words in my mouth that I have not ever said. I have complained about Israel living off the US taxpayer tit and my complaint is a very reasonable one to make. Israel is a First World nation. It is ranked in the top 25% of nations for wealth according to the Wealth Index ranking. Israel should live off its own nationals' work not off US taxpayers' hard work. I have no obsession with Israel. But when Israel's advocates and supporters manipulate/distort America's foreign affairs policies for Israel's benefit, you bet I will speak up and call a spade, a spade. And why not? Maybe it would do you some good to focus more on what benefits and what threatens America's well being rather than always coming to the knee-jerk defense of a foreign nation.
