Kinda sorta like a Really Strong bourbon. Smooth, but rather sterile. I'm not a big liquor drinker so that's my best description.
Not sure, I got it from a gentlemen who participates in my Wednesday night recreational league. His kinfolk are from WV and he always brings back a mason jar of the stuff when he visits.
