"There is no phone ringing DAMMIT!" Classic movie. That and Soylent Green, Will Penny, and The Big Country are my favorite Charlton Heston movies.
It's cheaper than the '4um Island' that used to be discussed around here...Christine wouldn't 'pony up'.
I noticed that none of the listing show the taxes. I bet they tax at about $10K a year. lol
