Title: Jerome Corsi, 'Obama Nation' Author, Set To Appear On White Supremacist Radio Show

So, on last night's Larry King Live, one of the things that Paul Waldman brought up as a way of demonstrating Obama Nation author Jerome Corsi's lack of credibility was his past embrace of bigotry and general scumbaggery, as documented by "a whole series of bigoted and hateful posts" that Corsi "put up on right-wing Web sites." None of which Corsi denied! But, Corsi defended himself by shooting back that Waldman had failed to mention "all my apologies for those statements."

Well, like just about everything else that dribbles out of Corsi's cakehole, you can take those apologies and discount them entirely, because this Sunday, he is set to make an appearance on the well-named "The Political Cesspool" - which, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, is "an overtly racist, anti-Semitic radio show hosted by self-avowed white nationalist James Edwards." In the past, the show has welcomed some marquee names in the hate movement, including "Christian Identity pastor Pete Peters, Holocaust denier Mark Weber and former Klan boss David Duke."

If you can bear a look at some of the show's Great Works, you can do so here. This is how they roll in the Breakaway Republic of Swiftboatistan, all with the clucking approval of mainstream political media darling Mary Matalin, who regards these excrementalist dolts as "great scholars."

UPDATE: Sam Stein reports that he has received an email from Winston Smith, confirming Corsi's appearance on the show. Smith's email reads as follows: "Dr. Corsi's first appearance on our broadcast was very well received. On Sunday's show he'll be talking about his new book about Barak [sic] Hussein Obama. It'll be a fascinating converstaion [sic], and we hope you'll listen in."

It looks like the libs are executing an all out blitz on Corsi.

Well did anyone, least of all Corsi, think it would unfold otherwise?

I mean I'm rather surprised that Corsi and his publishers would think that his past remarks and associations would not come up.

If you want to engage in double think theories, one could see Corsi being paid to write the critical book about Obama by Obama supporters for the very fact that Corsi presented such an easy defameable target so once Corsi was shot down, then so too would the criticisms of Obama. And thereafter if any criticisms arose about Obama arose and if that criticism was also in Corsi's book, Obamaphiles could easily dismiss the criticism by saying oh yeah that criticism has already been discredited because it originated in the book written by that racist, anti-semite Corsi guy.

Look I'm playing the Devil's advocate argument here - I don't have a clue who Corsi is - I'm just saying, maybe Corsi and/or his publishers knew very well what would happen when he penned a critical book about Obama.

This would have happened to anyone writing such a book. If there was no past history the attackers would invent one. Truth has nothing to do with but perception does. That is what is going on with the attacks is perception management. Oh'Bummer has a carefully crafted PsyOps Persona and public image. The controllers of Oh'Bummer will stop at nothing to protect that managed perception. Anything which runs counter to it will be attacked and marginalized or minimized.

Come on, OI, you have to admit that Corsi's previous associations and public comments presented a nice juicy target for Obama's public image controllers. In fact, Obama's PR folks did not have to try very hard at all with Corsi. Corsi's background was like a nice little package with a blue ribbon and bow presented to them on a silver platter.

Another author, who did not carry such blatant red flag baggage, would have been harder to attack on credibility vis-a-vis guilt by association.

I'm not disagreeing with your point - just pointing out that if there were no such record anyone writing an expose' of OH'Bummer would get the same treatment regardless of facts. This is a matter of perception management and knowledge control. Anything which would tend to discredit that regimen of indirect thought control will be attacked. You can see the pattern repeat over and over and over again once you recognize it for what it is. This is to keep the Oh'Bummerphiles invincible to facts and reality.

I normally wouldn't have the slightest sympathy for John Kerry, but the hypocrisy of the Swift Boat campaign stank to high heaven. The guy who actually went and served in Vietnam was the "traitor", while the real hero was George W. Bush, who used his family connections to stay safe and cozy flying over Texas (and he was even AWOL for most of that). Amazing that so many people, including vets, fell for the propaganda.

That is a given and I would never gainsay otherwise. Differences in opinion are always to be expected as people are not, or should not be, meek about about defending their viewpoint.

Political efficacy always has an element of a leap of faith to it. I do not concur in the harsh and cynical rhetoric against Barack Obama. To say the least.

Of course that depends upon what you regard as cynical rhetoric. We live in an age where corruption is endemic and to rise to high office virtually requires one having sold their soul - at least a couple of times. I do not regard that as cynicism but simply an observation of what is. I could list a laundry list of reasons why I do not trust Oh'Bummer, but the one that stands out is the way the press has treated him and withheld information about him and his history which would be "damaging to his campaign". Don't get me wrong I do not regard McNuts or Hitlery as any less corrupt, and Kerry "took a dive" for his "Bones Brother".

The posturing and virtual carbon copy response to the conflict in Georgia, and virtually the whole "waronterra" between Oh'Bummer and McNuts should be a big red flag as to what is approved and what is not and that both are competing for an audience other than the American People. Neither is putting forth anything which is of substance and neither is worthy of high office.

I have spent too many years watching conservative boards not to know the agendas that drive that sort of hot air. As a veteran, I have a large axe to grind against Corsi, and that will never change

Some does not equal all. Conservatives cross a spectrum of beliefs and positions. Certainly there are common principles which many ascribe to but never is it all and the Mad Hatter ramblings on FReeptard Republik is certainly not anything I regard as genuine conservatism (or Liberalism as it used to be known before the Socialists stole the term Liberal and distorted it beyond all recognition). Regardless of any enmity you might feel toward Corsi for past actions that does not change factual data. A datum is either true or it is not, the messenger has nothing to do with that reality.

For the record, given his close association with World NeoCon Daily, I do not trust him all that far myself and certainly do not agree with everything he says or writes. That however, was not my point. My point was that the author of the article heading this thread was relying upon disengenuous false logic and Argumentum ad Hominem to refute what he called, effectively, Argumentum ad Hominem.

The Swift Boat campaign cheapened the currency of all past military service, and that makes me angry. I have no use for scum like Corsi.

Not something I followed closely since I never regarded a vote for Bush as anything I would do even under the influence of a quart of Jack Daniels or 4 hits of Orange Sunshine.

James Deffenbach: Victim of Smear Campaign Gets Even With Morris Dees

My point in using the anti-semite weapon against Rotara was to teach him a lesson on what a bogus but very powerful tool it is to shut down discussion, to cause fear in the hearts of people to even dare to contemplate connections of the values of a segment of Americans, which they hold dear to their hearts, being related to their religious group's isolated but very horrific experience in WWII. It is an irrational fear of Jews in 2008 but still it affects their attitudes and their actions on political issues like borders and nationalism due to their ancestors' experience clouding their judgment.

Rotara responded in a very predictable way - he steered way far away from the elephant in the room for fear of giving the slightest excuse to be tar and feathered with an anti-semite label. Instead he insisted on using meaningless "safe" descriptor words like "traitors," whatever that means. Rotara refused to open his mind to the fact that because of the bad experience that German Jews had with uber nationalism (Germany) and closed borders ( USA), American Jews carry that experience through the generations and as a group are generally very pro open borders so that no other "illegal" suffers the same fate as their ancestors and some American Jews even take leadership positions in open borders advocacy groups like SPLC. IMO, they are not "traitors." Rather they are seriously misguided and they show bad judgment because of their irrational fears. The consequence for America is very negative, and if we had a free speech society, this irrational fear could be ameliorated if the irrational reason were to be brought to the light of day. If it is an untouchable subject no changes will be forth coming.

BTW, James Deffenbach, it's unusual, you might say it's rare, for a victim of an anti-semite smear campaign to have the resources or the time to fight the smear and "get even." And for that reason most people stay clear of any discussions on Jews that might be construed as anti-semitic attitudes - no matter how baseless - for the very real consequences of smear. He who controls language controls people.

Unfortunately Corsi more often than not produces fiction when it comes to politcs. On occassion he does produce some quality work but anytime he writes a book it is usually filled with BS, errors, lies and inaccuracies. I suspect his motivation is $$$ as opposed to the truth and concern for the future of our country. His recent book about Obama is about 80% BS and 20% truth.

Having served in the brown water navy in Nam I was disgusted by the antics of the twitboat vets. Seems like $$$ made them forget about our "BWN motto - WHHSH (what happens here stays here)". I have no doubt there is very little difference between bush and Kerry and I get tired of the lies from both sides. Let the truth be known about each and every politician and then we can make our voting decisions on facts instead of all the lies, BS and propaganda.

Perhaps you've been overestimated?

...it's unusual, you might say it's rare, for a victim of an anti-semite smear campaign to have the resources or the time to fight the smear and "get even."

But I sure am glad that one of his victims had the time and resources to "get even" with him because I despise that un-American sellout, Morris Dees. He should be in prison for the rest of his life for scamming gullible people.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.

Rotara: Go f**k yourself you dark hearted NAZI! ;-)

Rotara: There's no arguing going on, I'm treating a b!tch the way she should be treated.

Rotara: She's no woman and I'll take correction from other Christians, thank you.

buckeye: What kind of Christian language is that? Apparently you've lost the argument since you're resorting to crude insults.

No worries, buck. Rotara's she-man crude reaction to my besting him intellectually inspires no fear or hurt in me whatsoever. You know the old saying about sticks and stones and words...

Actually I find it rather humorous to witness this phoney punk expose his shallow veneer of Christianity for what it is.

The quotes above show us the true Rotara in all his Christian glory. Ha!

Gosh is it sulfur I smell in the air, buck?

My goodness, this can't be Christian sweetness and light we've just witnessed in Rotara's Rumpelstiltskinesque stomping and verbal tirade.

Carry on, rotorooter, your burlesque antics are mildly entertaining.

Fyi...you've been away for a while - let me formally introduce you to 4um's resident pseudo Christian she-man, Rotara. Woowho!

Thinking back to your attacks on Alex Jones, in context of this post, makes me LOL.

You obviously belong in the same category as s2.

My point in using the anti-semite weapon against Rotara was to teach him a lesson Go f**k yourself you dark hearted NAZI! ;-)

And you profess to be a Christian. Puleeze........don't give cause for all of us to be smeared by your antics--and you know it will happen because there are godless masses out there.

Debate the lady instead of denigrating the lady! That is, of course, if you know how. Beat her with your brilliance, not with your bullshit.

I never said I was perfect.

I have though put valid and factual info in front of her, but she can't see past her keyboard. She then called 'unreality' and 'tall grass' and 'the CFR is benevolent' on the conversations.

Screw her.

Reality is not in her grasp. It's a single-minded, ill-obsession that is not healthy for anything or anyone.

She has no idea what she's talking about, but she has done a Faux News job on them to misdirect them away from TPTB and onto her favorite people to hate.

Pfffffft

Who are you, the Holy Ghost?

There's no arguing going on, I'm treating a b!tch the way she should be treated.

How very sad......and pathetic......that you'd be a smart-ass in mocking the Holy Spirit. You are treading on thin ice......God will not be mocked. You'd be better served reading your Bible rather than discourse on a political website. Please think about what you are doing.

Is that the way Christians are supposed to treat women? She's no woman and I'll take correction from other Christians, thank you.

Buckeye, I'm more willing (though I find such to be despicable)to be less concerned about the treatment of women as I am the treatment of the Holy Spirit. That treatment shows where a person stands on the matter of God; hence, it enables all the other crappy stuff he is saying.

Whether they are hurtful or not, scrappy, it shouldn't be occuring here, and most certainly NOT by someone professing to be Christian.

I really wish he'd dig in and find information that supports his contentions. But as noted, when you only get bullshit responses to intelligent information, it's obvious which side is winning.

Just keep bringing it on, girl.

You 'yack' and say nothing meaningful or of substance.....generalities and vague ones at that don't hold water. Bring examples which you believe support your contentions.
