Your metaphor of the Negro as a feral dog is a thin one. You would really have to be mud dumb not to see it. I have no use or patience for the ignorance and maliciousness of race baiting.

Blacks have multiple excuses for their behavior: higher testosterone, lower intelligence, high time preference, and higher incidence of psychopathy, all of which are probably somewhere between 60% and 80% genetic.
It children, it means than when you are given a choice between a small candy bar today and a large candy bar a week from today, you take the small one today.
In adults it means less savings, which means lower long-term net worth when you control for income.
(The Seattle public school system BTW says it is unfair to attach a value judgement to that. In principle I agree, but it is just as unfair to call the long-term outcome "unjust.")
