It is an "in-your-face" occultic design. Just like the murals at the Denver Airport are Satanist/Occultic Symbology. Washington D.C., it is now well documented, was laid out in accord with a Masonic/Occultic symbology built in. The Hall of Justice in Manitoba is designed and laid out with occultic symbology. The Israeli Supreme Court Building is complete with its very own "All Seeing Eye" of Horus. These inbred cretins at the top really do take this shit seriously regardless of what others may think of it. This dates back all the way to the founding of the Republic. Benjamin Franklin was a member of the notorious "Hellfire Club" in England - which is reputed, though not proven, to have engaged in Child Sacrifice rituals.
