And your point is what exactly???? that Palin is respectful of Alaska's constitution and does not honor unconstitutional legislation?

After reading her bio, I don't think McKook could have made a better selection. She is beautiful, smart, talented, honest, a Christian, and someone who would restore some honor to the office of v.p. Lord knows it needs it.
But lodwick, doesn't all that make you wonder why she would agree to be John McCain's running mate? I mean, unless she believes he is going to die the day after the election, in which case she becomes president. They can't have much in common (assuming that all that stuff about her is true).
Remember that Reagan despised GHWB, but 'they' told him to select him for his veep. And then tried to cap Ron shortly thereafter. I cannot figger out who told McKook to select SP, or why. I'm going to vote for her. At this stage of the game, what could it hurt?
what it hurts is that your vote is an endorsement of a corrupt, fraudulent system. where's your the fact that Sara Palin is good looking doesn't alter the fact that she's a pro-war republican for starters.
Give us some info on the pro-war stuff - I've not seen anything about that. If she is pro-RP, how could she be pro-war? Freedom, PEACE, and Prosperity was the heart and soul of RP's campaign, and appeal.

hmmmm..i rather doubt that mcCain made the decision unilaterally.
If he wanted to have a chance a winning he would have picked Romney who has governor experience, business experience, international experience, all greater than Paulin's by orders of magnitude and he is as conservative, pro-Zio and imperialistic as she is or even more so. His staff surely knows this. McCain's decision will totally undermine the message his campaign was building - of McCain side being the 'mature, experienced, patriotic and reliable'. His choice, and it's with little doubt, his decision, shows him as a gambler that would risk every 'the country' to win. Listen to Paulin's speech. After calling McCain HER running mate, she's calling her VP picking 'an opportunity' and a 'challenge'. Quote: "Senator McCain gave me this opportunity, he had a short list of highly qualified men and women. And to have made that list at all, it was a privilege. And to have been chosen brings a great challenge." It's pretty scary. And, I have little doubt that McCain wants to win and that his staff want him to win - because they get the nice jobs if he wins.

I doubt that it's how the system works because it would be inefficient to have all these dark conspiracies behind everything. The system works by sheer inertia. You either go with the flow or you get crushed. Carter is one example. After him, the party people changed the rules to make sure that we don't get another one but, somehow, Obama slipped through, probably BECAUSE he was black and he could not be rejected as unceremoniously and as brutally as Ron Paul was. It's not clear what he'll become once he gets the job. He may give in and play ball or, maybe his more clever that most think and maybe he faked all these 'mainstream' positions and he may show his true face after he gets the job - think of Gorby.
The only thing Obama and Ron Paul have in common is that they're both male humans who have run for President. Other than that, Zip. One's a party animal in the mold of Joe Biden, John Kerry and Ted Kennedy, the other is old school, genuine, and principled. Obama didn't "slip through," he was groomed for it by the old party hacks.
i agree with you (again) with one caveat. obama was picked and groomed by hire ups than the old party hacks.
