If you really want to know the details, I didn't exactly 'watch' this. I was on the toilet but the TV was on. I am watching now because I'm still on a break before I go back to my study.

I do not call Biden a plus for Obama. He picked Biden because the McCains were screaming 'inexperience'. Now, the McCains cut the branch from under their feet. Obama is left with Biden - and I doubt you're going to see them together often - while McCain is made to look like a dying granny AND he can't brag about his experience and seasoning no more. I've been predicting for many months that Obama was going to pick a very white boy and McCain was going to pick a woman. I was wrong on the identities. I thought Obama's choice was going to be Webb and McCain's was going to be Condi. So, I was wrong on the details but on the spot on the general principles. I am more confident that McCain is going to lose now than I was yesterday.
I did not read any of your predictions as you describe them today. Whatever. Obama would never pick Webb - come on - Webb was 10 times smarter and that much less Marxist than Obama. Obama could not tolerate such a reminder of his weaknesses by picking Webb. Biden does not threaten or outshine Obama so from Barack's perspective, Biden is a safe bet. Plus Biden is a bigtime war monger for Izzy, solidifying all those Muslim-uneasy, black-leery Jewish votes in Florida and Ohio etc.
Plus, Webb backed out as soon as Obie was the nominee. Gee, what'd he see....
