LOL, yeah, that cracked me up too. He made a good point though. How many millions or even tens of millions of votes might she get if it wasn't for that anchor she has tied herself to?

Yes, she tied herself to an anchor; however, it also acted as a sail with which she was lifted out of national press obscurity. (Always looking for a silver lining..in this case, perhaps the real potential that McCook is not going to last one term) SO: In this case, you're damn right the VP is important because the pres is terminal. Yes, A vote for this ticket is for the VP candidate more so than at any time in history/
