Businesswire article reporting on checkpoint systems press release http://www.forbes.com/businesswire/feeds/businesswire/2008/06/19/businesswire20080619005080r1.html
EXCERPT:
Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CKP), a leading manufacturer and marketer of identification, tracking, security and merchandising solutions for the retail industry and its supply chain, today announced that a number of major retailers are now piloting its Evolve state-of-the-art shrink management technology, which was introduced earlier this year.
Retailers now utilizing the Evolve products include Anchor Blue, Babies R Us, CVS, LensCrafters, Kohl's, Toys R Us, Vans and Wilsons.
Evolve is Checkpoint's next-generation suite of electronic article surveillance (EAS) products. Evolve solutions provide retailers with a highly-scalable EAS system that helps reduce shrink, boost profitability and improve the customer shopping experience. In tandem with RFID technology, Evolve can also increase inventory visibility and accuracy through its in-store tracking capabilities.
Featuring improved Radio Frequency (RF) tag detection, Smart Alarm Management (SAM) to improve system integrity, and a Software Defined Radio (SDR) that can support multiple EAS and RFID tag frequencies, Evolve significantly improves the performance of traditional EAS technologies and provides retailers with a migration path for RFID adoption.
"Tracking!" First and honestly...is she, and her radio host, being disingenuous? Are we really tracked once the sensor is pried off of your item at checkout? Aren't these "tracking" RFID's merely for inventory control (and theft prevention) up UNTIL the moment of purchase?

I dont think Dr Albrecht is being disingenuous at all about the implications of RFID. she is one of my favorite people in the freedom movement, and has been for years. Excellent insight and analysis on many issues. meticulous researcher and teacher as well as a rabble rouser and wonderful Christian libertarian lady. A class act, IMO. you may remember she also appeared in aaron russo's freedom to fascism. I highly recommend her daily show on HTTP://WTPRN.COM , for what it's worth. I try to listen every day.

I am in agreement with you on this but have noticed that Albrecht has voids in her knowledge concerning the banking cabals and Jewish influence in government among other things. At least she admits as much.
I have no problem with people claiming to be Christians but think the actions of intentional fraudsters like Hagee, Copeland, the Grahams, Ralph Reed, Pat Robertson, and Tim LaFaye etc., cause realistic Christians to appear deranged or misguided. Most Christians haven't bothered to investigate their claimed belief system nor do they operate according to their so-called Christian values system which makes them look like a pack of stupid hypocrits ... and causes alarm or animosity amongst non-believers FOR GOOD REASON.
man, i never paid much attention to all those tv preachers or any protestant preachers or zionists for that matter. as i told someone here before, i never even knew any jews until i was almost 20. (am Catholic). , and i never understood this american obsession with jews/ israel, until i later learned of the zionist influence. seeing that the jews killed Jesus aned now they run the world and the money , and Jesus said the world essentially is the kingdom of satan, what else is there to know?
Before his death, William Cooper would point out that the people were going along with these things based on their own choices. I personally dismiss the occult approach to analyzing our situation, except to concede that the mechanisms are available to leaders. Oddly enough, it's probably the people who believe in the occult who are most influenced by gestures and symbols.
I recognize that "invisible" powers exist, but once we start basing our entire analysis on them, we'll believe in anything. The loss of our liberty has been 200 years in the making, and it has involved a whole cast of characters. At the center of the passion play is ourselves. We gave it up, and we can take it back. There is certainly a way, even if it's currently unclear to us.
