CNP members have included Tony Perkins, James Dobson, Grover Norquist, Tim LaHaye and Paul Weyrich.

We really should thank them I guess. But they're shy so we don't know which ones to thank.

7 grenades and our country gets better instantly. Which is why they are so secretive.

John McCain was a prisoner in Vietnam. So was Gary Glitter, and I'm not voting for him either.

They would kill the "leftists" if they had half a chance.

The right wing of the US has consistently shown it to be the hate filled regime.

And I imagine the M5 was being just a little theatric, don't you?

Just asking, was there an article posted here about the well armed nut case arrested in Denver?

Maybe there was, but I if so I missed it.

I don't know - bout all I heard of it is that it happened. News didn't seem to want to make much of it.

From a historical perspective, in the US, the left wing makes a lot of noise, but the right kills. (this does exclude the abortion issue).

Not arguing your point, but I have come to think of the abortion issue is one of the many artificial divides between the two major parties (and I'm one of those that drive around in an auto bearing an anti-abortion bumper sticker).

Hence we have the example of Bush Sr. who easily flipped from pro to anti when he ventured into his quest for national office. I have come around to recognizing that this issue is never going to be resolved in Washington, DC, but a lot could be accomplished at the state level (as Dr. Paul advocates).

The abortion issue is useful politically as it is, or can be made, so emotional, and when emotion rises reason departs. And them manipulation by the pols begins.
