I need to have someone here who has extensive knowledge of the Bible answer 4 questions for me please, their answers are very important for something I am working on. 1. Being relatively unfamiliar with religious material, I had always assumed that the State of of Israel was supposed to be, by "fate" or whatever, re-established in the "end times" at the hand of man, not God. Is this true, and where in particular are the Biblical passages explaining and supporting this idea?
2. If, for the existence of Israel to be spiritually "valid" in a cosmic sense, it must be re-established by God and not man(the "New Jerusalem"), does that not mean that the man-created State of Israel is an unintended, evil counterfeit by definition? Any passages relating to or supporting this?
3. If the answer to #2 is "yes", does that have anything to do with why the AntiChrist is intent upon entering the as-yet-to-be rebuilt 3rd Temple?
4. I have always doubted that the AntiChrist's entering of the 3rd temple is merely symbolic -- I believe he will enter for another reason. Can anyone tell me about the ritual he is supposed to perform that encircles Jerusalem in 214 circling lights that will "open a gate"(for lack of a better term) that supposedly will allow demons to appear in their natural forms on Earth?
