...Take just the annual budget of tiny Wasilla, Alaska, where Palin was mayor. That budget this year is less than what New York City spent on just 80 new street sweepers for its Sanitation Department, for instance. I guess mayor of a town of less than 10,000 is qualification in this blowhards book.
She was alive on 911, that's the only litmus test Rudy has instantiated.
