Question of the day Let's say, you consider yourself a righteous, red-blooded, patriotic American and let's assume that you are so. In fact, the word of your righteousness spread and McCain invites you to join him as his running mate. Knowing exactly what that meant: throwing away all your principles and turning into a McCain surrogate, defending McCain views that you used to oppose, having to read speeches written by McCain speech writers, etc., etc. Would you accept McCain's invitation? I assume that the answer is 'no' because no righteous, red-blooded, patriotic American would agree to help McCain gain access to the nuclear buttons, among other things. Now, here's the question: what do you think of Sarah's enthusiastic embrace of McCain? Place it within the context of your rejection of such an offer.

Sorry, friend. I have no problem with anyone joining some mercenary force. As for our military, it would be good if it was actually defending (do you understand 'defending') our country. In fact, I would encourage my kids to volunteer for service if our military was defending us from invaders. And, I believe, you were rhetorically asking about Obama's contribution to Bush's stupid war. It seems to me that it's you who seems to believe that everyone should stampede like a heard of stupid cows, wherever Bush tells them to stampede. That's not exactly FREEDOM (you capped it first).

There's a division in the mind of Americans. Most on the Obama left and the McCain right know that the jig is up and the system has to be rebuilt again for freedom. Political machinery knows this very well, and so they send out messages of shrill criticism in the speeches their Marionettes give. So the people want that teeth-clenching and indignation. They want to believe their liberation is at hand. They want a "fighter." Gullible.
Well, you certainly raised an objection to that kind of freedom. Are you OK tonite?

I did? I only noted that the Bush's war are stupid and, I am adding now, wasteful of life and resources. I believe it was you objecting the fact that Obama wasn't 'contributing' to Bush's war.

First off, its not Bush's war alone. Congress has to fund it. For details on how this works, please see the US Constitution. Secondly, I made a comment that most of us would like our politicians to send their kids off to war if they are going to decide to have one. Since McCain already went to war, Palin and Biden are sending kids, where is Obama's contribution since he IS a sitting Senator and HAS voted TO FUND the war? That's my question and I stand by it.

Alright, so you are for FREEDOM where everyone is free to go to war if they wish but Obama MUST send a family member to war. Are you suggesting that he adopts an 18 yr. old in a hurry and he sends him over ASAP? Or maybe you're suggesting that he decided to have pre-teen girls on purpose.

I have nowhere said Obama MUST send. I have asked where his contribution is. Obama is more than welcome to send HIMSELF. There is a big difference between asking a question and making a demand and you, sir, should know that quite well. If not, then you know it now.
