Everyone is struggling to come up with the 'one word' that would best describe Sarah. I just found it: REPTILIAN If anyone can find a better one-word, let's hear it. On the McCain front, he is expected to say: "I got scars but Obama don't." Other news breaking on the MSNBC: Buchanan is turning completely senile and rushing back into the GOP fold. The one-word for Buchanan: PATHETIC. For 'personal news', I had a very interesting experience with an illegal immigrant in Hazelton, today. Actually, there were 2 of them and a baby.

Correct. Those who want them can afford to buy themselves a major party or two. What I'm saying is that very few illegals come here because they want to take over the country. I suspect that some do but most are probably attracted by opportunities: both work opportunities and the opportunities given by the welfare state. If you've traveled trough the Third World you would have noticed that people die in the middle of the road and few care and their government is the least who does. You tell these people that in the US the gov't would pay your rent and give you food coupons and they are going to make an effort to move here. Another, anecdote, if you will. I used to date this girl, originally from Shanghai. She's an artist of some notoriety now. She grew up in a rural place and she remembers how people there were discussing 'America'. The general consensus, she told me, was that America's streets were paved with gold, at least in the major cities.
