The following e-mail was sent by me to a friend earlier today. I don't know if this will change our relationship, I certainly hope not. Dear Chuck,
I've decided to send you my utility bills from now on. Since you and other taxpayers are willing to pay mortgages, finance upside down banks, and basically flood the economy with worthless dollars it's only fair that you subsidize me too. This should be considered a blessing by you since at least you know me, which is more than I can say for the Israelis, Egyptians, Africans and now international bankers that have become beneficiaries of your largesse.
Even though these others that you like to finance are anonymous, you know me and that gives me the opportunity to say thank you, which the others don't.
My bills run approximately $700.00 per month since I get free gas. I am beginning to see the benefits of socialism ... aren't you ??? I'LL BE SHOPPING for a new car soon. I hope you're as excited as I am about it.
