Drove for years with no state issued plates (used private ones) on my pickup, and no drivers license. To what point? is that why you fled the country? Who/what gave you the right to make such a claim? On what basis do you make the claim? I spent two years back in the states working after I married my wife down here. So pleae state chapter and verse to back up your claim. In the 4um, I have been very open about why I left the states. If you can look around at what is happening to the housing, banking and police state tactics and not figure it out, then you are way, way behind the curve. And, by the way, there are more than 5,000 Americans who live near where I do in Mexico. There are tens of thousands more in other parts of Mexico, and many of them have been here much, much longer than I. why did you become so cynical and hopeless? Who said I am? I have posted ALL of the details about why court cases that go against public policy are never published and can not be used in subsequent cases. But that is certainly not hopeless; it simply shows you that man has no solution. winning is an ends in itself. the guy didnt need to see someone else win in order for him to win. The point is, he fought the trump charges and beat them by himself, so it's not meaningless by a long shot, if you acknowledge that there is value in each human life! I think this was a great victory and shows others that it can be done. traffic tickets, i win them to save myself money; i'm not throwing it away. it's a piece of cake. not difficult at all. if i could figure out how to drive without tags in so. cal i'd do it. depends on how much time and effort is required, and how successful the tactics are. because if one has no tags and loose on their arguement, they steal your car on the spot. So i dont know if it would be financially feasible. payoffs in mexico? if you arent familiar with that, maybe you talk to different people than i do. it's par for the course. Sorry if i offended you, to each their own. I don't really look forward to living in mexico., no matter how bad it gets here. although i may out of necessity at some point. it's a third world pit and yes i've been there plenty of times, and not at the tourist traps. his tactic seemed to be pretty straight forward, the defendant's credibility vs the cop's. there were some witnesses to the shooting also, and he gave his earnest true version. he had actually been driving to a phone to call police after being accosted/attempted robbed by some gangsters at a park. on escaping and speeding away he was tagged by a radar cop , who then followed him to another location- and when he saw some gangsters there, he put his vehicle in reverse to get out of there and was shot by the cop. he sped away, not knowing even then that it was a cop who shot him. he told me that his friend helped him mostly with the rules, formalities etc. on how to present his case and what to file when. in the vid it's an overview of the story, he tells me what happened that day, how they treated him in prison and the aftermath. he has a current civil suit going. it was pretty much a crap shoot but he took his chances and the jury believed him.
