Nothing, I was handing my nephew some money, the dog leaped out of his lap, in the air, and bit me through my shirt sleeve. I'm the third person he's nipped and down the owmer wants to put him down. I can't disagree.
Freeper: I read, but do not understand, write, but make no sense, think, but nothing happens.

That's a nasty bite. It immediately reminded me of a bite our dachsund of many years ago gave a visiting friend, because he mistook a game of wrestling with an attack on his owner. He leapt into the air and delivered a similar bite to the boy's arm. We had a big family pow-wow, and my dad said he was going to put him down. We cried and cajoled until he agreed to give him one more chance as long as he was ALWAYS confined to another room before company walked in the door. Nowadays, we probably wouldn't have the choice. Animal control would probably have taken the dog away. I wonder if the pit bull was being overprotective?
I hope you are taking lots of vitamin C. A homeopathic preparation of Arnica would probably help as well.

You would probably want the Arnica 30C as seen in one of the links, but you can get it at any good health food store.
