It immediately reminded me of a bite our dachsund of many years ago gave a visiting friend, because he mistook a game of wrestling with an attack on his owner. He leapt into the air and delivered a similar bite to the boy's arm. We had a big family pow-wow, and my dad said he was going to put him down. We cried and cajoled until he agreed to give him one more chance as long as he was ALWAYS confined to another room before company walked in the door. Nowadays, we probably wouldn't have the choice. Animal control would probably have taken the dog away. I wonder if the pit bull was being overprotective? I hope you are taking lots of vitamin C. My nephew was hiding it for some guy who lives in a trailer. Big surprise there. The dog has bitten two kids, and now it bit me. It felt like an electric shock. I said, "He got me," and went in the house to clean it up. Fortunately the dog had his shots. I'm going to take another photo later. Today it is purple and yellow.
