If somebody wants to make the argument that Texas is being punished, I won't object. Texas NEEDS to be punished for allowing millions of mexicons to reside here without fear of retribution.

I thought the hurricane was just chasing down all the people it didn't get in Katrina. Didn't most of the people who left New Orleans move to Houston?

They're moving from Houston to DFW. Many DFW web-forums are warning people to be aware of increased crime from tranplanted niggers. That's the truth, no other way to sugar-coat it.
