I didn't finish college, and years ago, before my racial awakening, my IQ was tested at around 130, twice. That would be considered a little above average, but certainly not in a high percentile towards genius. It depends on how you measure smart. It's not how smart you are that counts in the long run, richard, but what you do in this world with what smarts you've got -- your deeds. I'm told I'm right-brained. I've met smart people who are left-brained who can't do things I can. I don't pretend to do things well which I have little aptitude for, or interest in. As a rule when I'm looking to inform myself I retain what's essential, and pass on what's not. Your Jewish Scriptures are not. I made up my mind about that at age 12. I'm not still searching for Truth in an alien creed. I'd say I'm an empiricist. One doesn't have to be supersmart to be able to observe the world around him and see patterns emerge and draw conclusions from these observations, based on what he sees and knows. I've sought out folks who think sort of like I do -- racially -- have similar values, and agree with me about certain fundamental truths. Most are usually pretty smart; some I've discovered here at the 4um. Does the Intelligence Quotient test for intellectual honesty? I met many smart people in academia, but found most of them lacking in this particular department.
